Before you go
Will my phone work with an eSIM?
Check your exact model with its manufacturer and look for “Add eSIM” in mobile network settings. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked. Seeing the setting alone does not guarantee compatibility.
Are calls and texts included?
These are data-only plans, without a local phone number or voice/SMS allowance. Messaging apps can use the internet connection; their features and account rules still apply.
When should I install and activate it?
Check the selected plan’s activation rule. Some start when installed, others on their first network connection. Install over Wi-Fi within the stated installation window.
Can I keep my home SIM?
Yes, if your phone supports using both SIMs. Choose the travel eSIM for mobile data and turn off automatic data switching. Calls, texts and roaming on your home SIM can still incur home-carrier charges.
What happens when my data runs out?
Unlimited plans continue at a reduced speed after their daily high-speed allowance; check the selected plan’s fair-use details. Fixed-data plans stop when their allowance is used. There are no automatic top-ups. You can buy another available plan, which may require installing a new eSIM.
Do the phones share one allowance?
No. Every phone gets its own plan and unique installation profile. The group total is the sum of the per-phone prices; no group discount is advertised.
How do we receive all the eSIMs?
One order contains an individually numbered eSIM for each phone. Install each profile only on its intended phone. Delivered profiles remain accessible if another profile is still being prepared.
